It has a complete service system.
First, we help elderly friends who are eligible for home-based elderly care packages to apply, and then we start to provide various services after review, evaluation and approval by relevant government departments. We have professional service staff, all of whom hold third- to fourth-level certificates for elderly care issued by the government, and the police have no criminal records.
These employees will provide home-based elderly care services to the elderly according to actual conditions, such as home hygiene, mowing, pick-up, doctor visits, shopping, etc. Our employees have multiple insurances.
In addition, we also take these elderly friends to the Cabramatta Community Centre every Tuesday to participate in various activities. Such as: playing mahjong, playing games, lunch, etc…. We also celebrate the birthdays of elderly friends every month.
