
In recent years, the “Multicultural Seniors Association” has insisted on holding dance parties in the community from Monday to Friday to provide an entertainment platform for middle-aged and elderly people. In particular, the Granville dance hall has always maintained its popularity and is favoured by the majority of middle-aged and elderly people. President Dou personally visited there to listen to the opinions of some of the dancers. He constantly adjusted the music to suit the middle-aged and elderly groups. The volunteers served enthusiastically and provided a good place for communication and interaction for the dancers.


Auburn Town Hall Dance Hall and New Vogues Dance Training have always maintained stability. The volunteers provided thoughtful service. The dancers were united and friendly. Under the leadership of teachers J & J, the dancing skills have developed more.


A novel, fashionable, and outdoor leisure activity that is loved by the majority of elderly groups was planned by President Ge and President Dou. Two minibuses were rented. More than 40 members were organized to go to the “Shuiyunjian Resort” for leisure and vacation during the holidays from May 16th to 18th, providing a healthy and comfortable life experience for middle-aged and elderly friends. The home-based elderly care service centre in the association has been serving the families in the community. On the afternoon of May 6, Auburn Home-based Elderly Care Service Manager Brenda provided telephone follow-up services for those in urgent need of services. The services were meticulous and well-organized. They were well received.

On the evening of May 27, the Cabramatta Centre was brightly lit, the singing was loud, and the atmosphere was strong. At 5 pm on the same day, the association was holding a celebration banquet for the “Russian-Chinese Dance Troupe” that won the second place in the Fairfield 2025 Senior Week Dance Competition.
Early in the afternoon, President Ge and President Dou came to the scene in person. President Dou also personally decorated the venue. The venue was decorated in a particularly fashionable and novel way. The lights were flashing.
The event was hosted by Teacher Lanlan. We used singing and dancing to convey warmth, dance glory, and celebrate the results. The “Russian-Chinese Dance Team” relived the award-winning wonderful dance, ignited the team’s passion, and demonstrated the team’s achievements and joyful atmosphere.
The celebration banquet was held in a relaxed and lively form. Everyone sang and danced. It showed the love of life for middle-aged and elderly people. A sense of accomplishment. With a happy mood, they walked into the beauty of life.

May 29th at 10:00 am, led by President Ge, the music and dance team of the Australian Russian-Chinese Friendship Association visited the Heiden Park Lodge Nursing Home to perform a consolation show, bringing joy and warm care to the elderly.

At 10 am on May 25, at Lidcombe The Russian Club held a registration meeting for the “Zai Su Fang Hua” dance competition of the “Multicultural Seniors Association” and a meeting with the heads of art teams.
At the meeting, President Ge emphasized that holding a dance competition is of great significance for improving the physical and mental health of middle-aged people, maintaining the vitality of middle-aged and elderly people, cherishing the happiness they have, enhancing friendship, and improving the happiness index.
