Changes in Cabramatta activity center for “The Chinese and Russian Descendants”

Starting from 27/10/2020, Cabramatta Activity Center will respond to the activities as follows:

Activities on every Tuesday morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm:

  1. The English class will be taught by Shirley from 9:30 am to 10:50 am.
  2. In the mobile phone class from 11:00 to 12:30 pm in room 4,teacher Chen will teach middle-aged and elderly how to use mobile phones.
  3. From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., “Cabramatta Chinese-Russian Descendants Art Troupe” by the head of Dong in the Hall will held a ballroom dance for the elderly with their own band accompaniment.
  4. From 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Russian Nadia will teach you knitting, cutting and sewing for free.
  5. From 9:30 am to 12:30 am, there are some activities such as playing mahjong and chess in the Hall.

Activities on every Tuesday evening from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm:

  • The choir of “Cabramatta Chinese-Russian Descendants Art Troupe” is taught by Dong leader to sing songs in room 3, and Sasha and Tamarra Lin teach the Russian part.
  • “Cabramatta Chinese-Russian Dance Troupe” is taught in the hall by the favorite teacher Azi, Alia is the head of the dance troupe.
  • We have started to provide home care services for the elderly. For those in need, please contact the Justice of the Peace Agathia Ge Yinglan at 0416824699.

  • The Cabramatta Activity Center is the second home for our middle-aged and elderly. Please feel free to ask if your family has any needs, we will respond immediately.
  • Admission fee of $2 per activity is used to pay the rent of the venue. We provide everyone with free tea, coffee and cookies.
