NSW Multicultural Seniors Association for the Advancement of older persons to celebrate” the Seniors Week” was held at the Granville Town Hall. A number of guests and more than a dozen literary and art groups gathered together to participate in the grand event.
At 10 o’clock in the morning, the host Wansen Han and Shixia Qu announced the beginning of “Celebrating the performance of the Senior Week”. The opening by Drum Dance Art Troupe, dance the long silk dance “Song of China Dream”. The drums are jubilant, the long silk flutters, the passion of the Chinese dream is flying over, the prelude to the literary performance is opened, and the atmosphere of red and lively joy is opened. The host invited the guests and the leaders to speak. The Honorary President of Lihua Lin delivered a speech praising the contribution of the organization to multiculturalism and community service. In her speech, President Ge pointed out that the theme of this year’s Senior Week activity is “Love your life and live”. I hope that all the friends and family members here will cherish their lives and enrich their lives.
I am grateful to the Australian government for its care and support for NSW Multicultural Seniors Association, and for the carefully care of the elderly. Finally, I wish the elders and everyone a healthy and long-term happiness; and said that our organization will not forget the initial intentions, continue to work hard, and further improve and strengthen the services for the elderly, so that this is a respect for the elderly. The warm hearted home of all nations. The senior representative on behalf of teacher “Yu Gao” and “Li Yun Zhao” were invited to speak. Then the art performance officially began, 18 programs were brilliant, and more than ten art teams were on the stage. 5 male voices, female voices, male and female voices sang, the songs are loud, gentle and feminine, and sigh. 8 modern and classical dance shows, stretch and bloom, graceful and elegant. Fashion show, model show, soft and elegant, style steps, super performance. Four sets of six sets of sailor dance, heroic and cool, heroic masculine, dazzling. “Folk music ensemble” and “Tai Chi” are beautiful and flowing, magnificent and touching. …. and Man Dance compete for each other, cheering and applauding, it is refreshing and enjoyable, and enjoy the visual feast.
The grand finale was sung by “NSW MSA Little Red Riding Hood
Art Troupe”, “The Motherland is in My Heart”, deeply
affectionate heart of the heart, singing the motherland, going to glory; the
audience interacted and fierce. The performance of the art came to an end.
